Your Year-End Gifts Give New Hope and Homes to Families Living in Poverty

You still have until midnight tonight to make your year-end contribution to the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship!

When you give to CBF, you give a hand up to women like Tasha and her children, who live in Southeastern Kentucky.

Tasha had a job and worked hard. But she still didn’t make enough money to be financially stable. They were homeless.

“We thought it would be a short time, but we stayed in a camper for two years,” Tasha said.

Thanks to the support of countless individuals, CBF churches and volunteers, Tasha and her children now have a home.

You see, Tasha met CBF field personnel Scarlette Jasper. Through your generosity, Scarlette has been working for many years in the Appalachian foothills of Kentucky in some of the country’s poorest counties. Because of you, Scarlette is able to work every day with families facing poverty, domestic violence and other crises.

“We are called to do what Jesus did: feed the hungry, clothe those who need clothing, help the sick and be a presence among each other,” Scarlette said.

Through your support of Scarlette’s ministry and the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship’s Extreme Build, Tasha got to help build her new home.

“I didn’t think it was possible to have our own house,” Tasha said. “It has changed our family life completely.”

Your year-end gift to CBF provides the warmth of home in every sense to families living in poverty. When you give, you follow in the way of Jesus Christ.

Please give before midnight tonight to transform the lives of children and families living in poverty in the U.S. and around the world.

All of us at CBF wish you and your family a very blessed and Happy New Year!
