There’s #BlackFriday #SmallBusinessSaturday and #CyberMonday…and then there’s #GivingTuesday, an international day of giving! 

Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving back. On the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, people around the world come together to celebrate and support meaningful causes. This year, our goal was to raise $10,000 by the end of Giving Tuesday to participate in Christ’s mission in our communities, offer a Christian public witness and support the thriving of congregations. 

With your help, we have made this a reality! And we’re excited to go even further beyond that goal to create lasting change.

We also have to thank two generous donors who matched the first $5,000 raised, dollar-for-dollar! Goldfinch Wealth Management, based out of Greenville, SC, offers investment solutions for individuals and business owners. The managing partner serves on the board of the CBF Foundation and we are grateful for that relationship and their partnership this year on Giving Tuesday. CapinCrouse, a national CPA and consulting services firm, serving organizations whose outcomes are measured in lives changed, has served CBF for several years and we are so grateful for their partnership. 

By joining forces to give generously, we can make strides to meet the most urgent needs that have been exacerbated by COVID-19, racial injustice and political polarization.

CBF provides racial justice resource kits, solar lighting systems for small villages, meets urgent needs for immigrants, assists with disaster cleanup and so much more. All done because the love of Christ compels us!
