Jon Ward, Inside the Evangelical Movement That Failed a Generation

Truth is truth, right? In the last several years, it seems as though facts are optional or debatable.

Jesus told us that we shall know the truth, and the truth shall set us free. But what happens when Evangelicals are associated with a political movement that seems to be bending the truth or accepting alternative facts?

“Truth has been my North Star over the last two decades as a journalist. Twenty years ago, I thought that the biggest threats to truth were postmodern relativism and godless liberals. Today, my shock, my own tribe of Christianity has taken a battering ram to truth,” said Jon Ward on the CBF Podcast Conversation.

Ward is the Chief National Correspondent for Yahoo News and the host of The Long Game podcast. We sat down with the author of Testimony: Inside the Evangelical Movement That Failed a Generation.
