An important part of being a missionary is telling the story to others about your work.  So……last weekend I was in Portsmouth, Va. speaking to a church about global missions and I had the chance to speak specificially about Ky. to their global missions committee.  This weekend I will be flying to Gastonia, NC to speak.  I will be bringing back gifts for my Ky. women via one of my “encourager churches” in Charlotte.

Today I delivered some  new robes to the Owsley County High School and  new clothes to the elementary school that were donated by an individual in Frankfort who travels across the state in her job and gathers these “on sale” items. Tomorrow I will visit the senior adult assisted living facility for our monthly time of Bingo and devotions.  I buy them food items for their prizes and they greatly appreciate it!
