On another full day of work, volunteers worked to complete the deck while also setting the CORE in the center of the home.  The CORE, a central component to our Extreme Build homes, is a two-bath, kitchen and utility unit manufactured offsite. Our partner, Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation designs and implements the production of the CORE.  On Friday, more volunteers will arrive as we kickoff our Extreme Build week with a cookout and concert with bluegrass band Kentucky Wind.
