Some of the areas that the CBF Education/Training Community focuses on are pastoral and church leadership training, children’s education, missions education, ESL, and theological education. I’m passionate about this type of work because of its potential to reach into the distant future. If you want to have influence on the life of an adult, teach the children around you—they will not forget it. If you want to impact the life of a congregation that has not yet been formed, cast a vision for missions in the life of a student. Or, if you want to be a part of the spiritual formation of a new congregation among an unreached people group, encourage and support the education and training of pastors and other church leaders. This Mission Community of ours is a good place to hear about and plan for the future of the global Church. Thanks for being a part!
