Salary Survey and Information

We have a very special invitation from the National Association of Church Business Administration* (NACBA*) to participate in a nationwide salary compensation study. NACBA is working with CBF to give your church the opportunity to enter your church’s data into the MinistryPay Salary Survey. In turn, you will receive a FREE executive summary which will include the following:

Pastor Associate Pastor
Min of Music Min of Education or Associate
Youth Associate Children’s Associate Pre-school Associate.

If you are interested in participating, please contact with your church’s name, a contact person’s name, email and phone number. Your participation is purely voluntary!

The National Association of Church Business Administration,® (NACBA®) is an inter-denominational association of churches and individuals. NACBA* exists to serve the Church by advancing professional excellence in individuals serving Christ through administration in local churches. is a reliable source for ministry pay data that includes information for more than 100 job titles from a wide range of churches. This NACBA’s salary survey tool, automatically updates data as participants submit new information. The survey tool provides the most accurate and current church salary resource available. is owned and produced by the National Association of Church Business Administration and is powered by enetrix, a Gallup Company. Once you have sent your information to Rose Ella at NACBA, just go online and enter your data at; click on the “participate” tab and enter your data by October 15. Be sure to identify your church as a CBF congregation (under church profile/Baptist). You will receive your summary via email to the address provided.
