Following the Star Advent devotions begin November 29 on d365

Following the Star, the devotional series for Advent and Christmas, returns to d365.org, beginning on November 29.

This series features scripture, prayer, and meditative thoughts accompanied by gentle music. Writers include Emmitt Drumgoole, Pastoral Resident at Second Baptist in Liberty, Miss., Rosy Robson, Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Richardson, Texas, Luz Cabrera Montes, Youth Ministry Liaison for The Episcopal Church Office of Youth Ministries, Israel Loachamin, Associate Pastor for Ministries in Spanish, First Baptist Church of Waco, Texas, Michelle Thomas-Bush, Associate Pastor for Youth and Their Families at Myers Park Presbyterian in Charlotte, N.C., and Patrick Kangrga, Director of Youth Ministries for St. James’ Episcopal Church in Jackson, Miss. Devotions are accompanied by Advent hymn arrangements from musicians including Joseph Martin, Mark Hayes, Ken Medema, David Burroughs, Nathan Hanson and Clay Mottley.

Following the Star is part of the year-round devotional website and app, d365, a ministry of Passport, Inc. The ministry is sponsored ecumenically by Passport, Inc., Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, Presbyterian Mission Agency, and the Episcopal Church.
